Mr. COCKS (for Mr. DOBBIE)asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he has any information concerning the proposed agreement between Germany and Japan by which Germany would agree to export to Japan explosives, chemicals, machine guns, and aeroplane engines, and to arrange for 500 pilots and several hundreds of aircraft engines to go to Japan, in return for which Japan would supply Germany with soya beans?
