HC Deb 03 December 1934 vol 295 c1231
44. Captain P. MACDONALD

asked the Minister of Transport whether he has yet come to any decision with regard to the desirability of providing a more satisfactory final tribunal for appeals from the decisions of the Traffic Commissioners in connection with the licensing of public service vehicles?

Mr. BLINDELL

I have been asked to reply. I would refer the hon. and gallant Member to the answer which my hon. Friend gave to him on the 7th November.

Captain MACDONALD

When am I going to get a further answer after the Minister has considered the matter?

Mr. BLINDELL

A further answer will be given when the Minister has considered the representations that have already been made.
