HC Deb 18 April 1934 vol 288 cc958-9
34. Mr. TEMPLE MORRIS

asked the Minister of Agriculture whether he is satisfied that his legislative proposals affecting tithe are fair to Welsh tithe-payers and adequate to deal with the position in Wales?

The PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY to the BOARD of TRADE (Dr. Burgin)

I have been asked to reply. The Government's proposals dealing with tithe rent-charge were decided upon with due regard to all relevant circumstances both in England and Wales.
