SASSOONThe attention of all pilots and aircraft owners has been repeatedly drawn to the regulations in question by notices to airmen, and I do not think that there is any further action which could usefully be taken by the Air Ministry at this juncture. The securing of compliance with the regulations, by means of legal proceedings in the event of any breach, is, of course, primarily a matter for the police.
