§ Mr. ELLIOTI am informed by the Milk Marketing Board that up to last evening 98 per cent. of the accounts of registered producers for the period 6th October to 31st October had been paid. The submission of certified accounts represents a change of procedure to many producers, and in a number of cases a certain amount of delay, which is not likely to recur, was occasioned by the late rendering of accounts and the return of others for completion.
