§ The MINISTER of AGRICULTURE (Mr. Elliot)Following discussions between the Departments concerned the Government have now decided that the cost of the grant for light horse breeding, which was transferred in 1923 to the War Office from the Ministry, should not be re-transferred. Any question as to the renewal of the grant is, therefore, one for my hon. Friend the Financial Secretary to the War Office, to whose reply on Tuesday last to a question on the subject by my hon. and gallant Friend the Member for Hexham (Colonel D. Brown) I would refer my hon. Friend.
