§ 32. Dr. HOWITTasked the Minister of Health whether, with a view to propaganda in the interests of public health, he will take steps to secure and make use of the poster frames throughout London and the Provinces recently in use by the Empire Marketing Board?
§ Mr. SHAKESPEAREThe Government decided to facilitate, so far as they are able to do so, the transfer of these frames to local authorities for use primarily for health propaganda. My right hon. Friend issued a circular to the 1043 local authorities concerned on 6th November and will send my hon. Friend a copy. My right hon. Friend is informed that up to the present arrangements have been made for more than 500 of these frames to be taken over by the local authorities.
