§ Sir S. HOAREOne copy of Volume I of the Report, which contains the all-India figures, has been received and can be consulted at the India Office. Other copies are on their way from India, and one will be placed in the Library of the House on their arrival. Most of the other volumes, which contain the figures of individual provinces, states, cities, etc., are available at the India Office. In accordance with precedents it is not proposed to place these in the Library.
