HC Deb 31 May 1933 vol 278 c1862
13. Mr. HALL-CALNE

asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies what arrangements are being made to ensure the provision of expert advice so far as the interests of the Colonies are concerned at the forthcoming World Economic Conference?

The SECRETARY of STATE for the COLONIES (Sir Philip Cunliffe-Lister)

I am in continuous touch with Colonial Governments on economic questions likely to arise during the Conference; and I also hope to have the expert assistance as an adviser of Sir Edward Davson, whose help in this capacity was so valuable during the Ottawa Conference.
