§ The PRIME MINISTERWhether I should or should not return to the Disarmament Conference I have never considered and I wish to take this opportunity to assure the House that statements published in certain newspapers not only that I have considered it myself but that the matter has been discussed by the Cabinet are pure invention without even the excuse of a shadow for a foundation.
