§ Mr. HORE-BELISHAThere is AO separate tariff heading for cups and trophies as such. They may be chargeable with duty 'as goldsmiths' and silversmiths' wares or as manufactures containing metals such as platinum or copper, or again under other tariff headings according to the material of which they are made.
