§ Mr. RUNCIMANI would refer my lion. Friend to the statement made by my right hon. Friend the Chancellor of the Exchequer on 22nd March in the course of Debate. I understand that conversations are proceeding between the companies concerned.
§ Mr. HANNONIs the right hon. Gentleman doing anything to accelerate the progress of the conversations, and is it not essential that the work should begin as soon as possible?
