§ Mr. BALDWINNone, Sir. In view of the explicit terms of Article 10 of the Pact of Organisation of the Little Entente, which were quoted by my right hon. Friend in the reply given to my hon. Friend the Member for Flintshire (Mr. Llewellyn-Jones) on the 8th March, it should be obvious that there is no occasion for any action on the part of His Majesty's Government.
