§ Mr. HORE-BELISHAI regret that the information in the form desired by my hon. Friend is not available. I am, however, arranging for figures showing the number of blind pensions in payment in Scotland at the end of each of the years 1929–1932 to be circulated in the OFFICIAL REPORT.
