Friend has received a copy of the resolution referred to, and he is informing the city council that he is willing to consider any reasonable proposals on the subject of density they may think it desirable to submit to him.
§ Mr. LOGANApart from slum clearance, if private builders fail to carry out what is expected of them, will the hon. Gentleman advise the local bodies to get on with the work?
