HC Deb 05 July 1933 vol 280 c318
11. Mr. DENMAN

asked the Minister of Transport whether he has received any recent report on the work of the mobile traffic police and their utility in diminishing the dangers of the road?

The MINISTER of TRANSPORT (Mr. Oliver Stanley)

No, Sir, but I am in constant communication with my right hon. Friend's Department as to the work of the mobile police and have no doubt that the existence of this force has contributed to a reduction in the dangers of the road.
