§ Sir J. SIMONIt is not possible within the limits of a reply to a Parliamentary question to state the law and practice with regard to diplomatic immunity. The answer would necessarily extend to the length of a legal treatise. I can only suggest that the hon. Member should consult one of the numerous legal works on the subject.
