§ Mr. PYBUSI am afraid I cannot see my way to adopt my hon. Friend's suggestion. Such a concession could not be equitably confined to any particular class of vehicle and would involve serious administrative difficulties in addition to a substantial loss of revenue.
§ Mr. LYONSHas my hon. Friend any record of the large number of motor vehicles which are put out of commission through the owners being unable to use more than one at a time on account of the heavy taxation?
