HC Deb 13 December 1933 vol 284 c351
26. Rear-Admiral SUETER

asked the Under-Secretary of State for Air whether any progress has been made with regard to establishing an air route across the Atlantic by this country, Canada and Pan-American Airways?

The UNDER-SECRETARY of STATE for AIR (Sir Philip Sassoon)

I regret that there is little to add to the reply given to the hon. Member for Wolverhampton, East (Mr. Mander) on the 19th July last. The examination of possible routes is proceeding.
