§ Sir J. SIMONA minute examination of Mrs. Tebbitt's case has been made in my Department, and His Majesty's Ambassador at Berlin has also been consulted. Major Tebbitt has been asked to obtain copies of some further legal documents and as soon as these have been received it will be possible to reach a final decision as to what action, if any, can be taken in this case.
