§ Mr. LEONARDIs the hon. Member aware that a considerable body of opinion in this country is watching this attack on the co-operative principle and expects His Majesty's Government's representative to protect the rights of minority people?
§ Mr. EDENIt is not a question of His Majesty's Government's representative. Presumably, the matter will come before the Council in the usual way and then the Council may, if it wishes, refer it to a committee of three.
