§ The PRIME MINISTERUnder Article 2 of the Temporary Commercial Agreement with the Soviet Union of the 16th April, 1930, only three Soviet officials residing in this country for the purpose indicated by the right hon. and gallant Member are entitled to diplomatic privilege, namely, the head of the trade delegation and his two deputies.
§ Colonel GRETTONAre there any other foreign subjects, not being Russian subjects, who enjoy such privileges as are accorded in connection with this Russian trade agency?
