§ Sir A. KNOXWill my hon. Friend represent to the President of the Board of Trade, to whom the question was originally addressed, that it is not desirable that the National Government should continue to risk the taxpayers' money to bolster up a slave State?
§ Mr. COLVILLEThe Government are fully aware of all the facts.
