§ The SECRETARY of STATE for the HOME DEPARTMENT (Sir Herbert Samuel)The experiments referred to were the feeding of animals for the purpose of testing foodstuffs. The registered premises are the research laboratory of Messrs. J. and J. Dolman's, Carrow Works, Norwich; and the two experimenters were experienced research chemists.
