§ Mr. ISAAC FOOTThe quantity of coal shipped as cargo from Scottish ports to Bristol Channel ports in March, 1932, was 8,580 tons. Figures for previous months were given on 18th Auril in reply to a question by my hon. Friend the Member for Newport. As regards the second part of the question, this is a matter within the competence of the executive board of coalowners administering the South Wales scheme. I have no power to intervene.
