§ The SECRETARY of STATE for FOREIGN AFFAIRS (Sir John Simon)In the negotiations between China and Japan the United Kingdom Government has been acting as a member of the League of Nations. Two Command Papers (Misc. 4 and 5 of 1932) have already been laid on the subject, and two more will be in the hands of Members before the House rises on Friday. These, with answers to questions, give a very complete account, and I do not think any further documents are called for.
