§ 4. Mr. McENTEEasked the Secretary of State for Dominion Affairs whether the proposed Walvis Bay railway is to be built at the expense of this country, or will the money be provided by the Bechuanaland Protectorate and Southern and Northern Rhodesia?
Mr. THOMASA possible route for such a railway was recently surveyed. Proposals for constructing the line have not yet been formulated.
