Resolved, That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to make provision for prohibiting or controlling the importation into and the keeping within Great Britain of destructive non-indigenous animals, for exterminating any such animals which may be at large, and for purposes connected with the matters aforesaid, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of any expenses incurred under the said Act by the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries, the Secretary of State for Scotland, or the Department of Agriculture for Scotland".—[King's Recommendation signified.]—[Sir J.
