GILMOURI am not at present able to give any estimate of the staff or the source of its recruitment that will be employed by the Wheat Commission or the Flour Millers' Corporation that will be set up under the Wheat Bill. So far as my Department is concerned, I do not anticipate that any substantial increase of staff will be required.
