§ Sir S. HOAREOf the 12 men in question 10 were shown by the evidence to have taken part in the actual raid on the Armoury. Of the remaining two, one took part in the wrecking of the railway line in connection with the raid and the other was a member of the conspiracy of which the raid was the outcome.
