asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs what nations are in default in their payments to the funds of the League of Nations and the total amount of default for each of the defaulting nations?

According to information furnished by the Secretary-General of the League of Nations, the position on the 31st of January, 1932, in respect of unpaid contributions of States members of the League was as follows for the years 1920 to 1931, inclusive:
