§ Sir P. SASSOONDuring 1931 there were 43 fatal accidents in the Royal Air Force and 14 fatal accidents in which civil aircraft were involved. As regards the last part of the question, I would refer my hon. and gallant Friend to the reply which I gave to the hon. and gallant Member for the Isle of Thanet (Captain Balfour) on 10th February last.
