Mr. YOUNGIs the hon. Gentleman aware that the French Government have obtained preferential treatment for French traders over British traders? What steps does he propose to take to put British traders on an equitable basis?
§ Mr. COLVILLEWhere any case of discrimination in any country has been observed, His Majesty's Government have not hesitated to make representations. If the hon. Gentleman has any specific facts to lay before me, I shall be glad to have them.
