§ Mr. COLVILLEThe proposed conference has been arranged to discuss with the authorities directly concerned the technical aspects of the results disclosed by the recently completed survey of the 1471 mouth of the Exe, and in these circumstances the Topsham bargemen have not been asked to send representatives. I can assure the hon. and gallant Member that their interests will not be overlooked.
