HC Deb 23 June 1932 vol 267 cc1258-9
59. Mr. DUNCAN GRAHAM

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he is aware that a number of graves in Denny churchyard, Stirlingshire, have been demolished at the instance of the Kirk Session; whether they received the approval and consent of the sheriff of the county; and what steps, if any, were taken to acquaint interested parties in the matter?

Mr. SKELTON

I have no information regarding this matter, but I am making inquiries and will communicate with the hon. Member as soon as possible.
