§ Mr. CHORLTONMay I ask what action will be taken during the Recess to accelerate the settlement of this question, which is affecting trade so seriously?
§ Mr. COLVILLEIt will be impossible within the compass of a question and answer to outline what is proposed. I hope to have an opportunity of explaining more fully to this deputation of Chambers of Commerce the point that my hon. Friend raises.
