§ Mr. RUNCIMANThere is no intention of introducing in the next Session of Parliament legislation on the lines of the Merchant Shipping Certificates Bill of 1911 and 1913. As my hon. Friend indicated in his reply of the 6th July, there is no reason to think that the present position is a source of danger.
