Lords Amendment: In page 5, line 23, leave out from the word "as" to the word "and" in line 25, and insert: a Secretary of State may, if he thinks fit, prescribe by regulations made by him

I beg to move, "That this House doth agree with the Lords in the said Amendment."

This Amendment only provides that the Secretary of State need not prescribe if there are no institutions to which he wishes the money to go.
