§ Mr. RUNCIMANNo fresh licences for the exportation of tanks or light armoured vehicles to Soviet Russia were issued in 1931, but during the course of that year two licences originally issued in 1930 were renewed. These two licences authorised the exportation of 40 tanks and 26 light armoured vehicles.
