asked the President of the Board of Trade if there are any indications and, if so, of what nature that Russia is still exporting consignments of articles into this country at prices which may be described as dumping; and, if so, what these are?

If I may assume that the hon. Gentleman means by dumping selling at prices out of proportion to the cost of production, I am afraid that I am not in a position to give him the information he desires.
