§ 88. Mr. ANSTRUTHER-GRAYasked the Postmaster-General whether he is aware that the area of the new housing scheme at Carntyne, Glasgow, E.1, which already contains more than 5,700 parliamentary voters, is without a post office or sub-post office; and whether, in view of the fact that this scheme is being enlarged, he will consider granting improved postal facilities?
§ Sir K. WOODIt has not hitherto been possible to provide a Post Office in consequence of the lack of suitable premises, but it is hoped one will be provided as soon as this difficulty can be overcome.
