§ Mr. PYBUSIn this matter the commissioners proceed both under their own powers and in collaboration with the police, either by way of a warning or by prosecution or by suspension or revocation of the licence as may appear most suitable. Particulars of services authorised in their area are notified to the police, as required by Section 72 of the Act.
