asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he can now inform the House of the decision of the Government as to strengthening the existing law as regards the bolding of processions which are likely to obstruct traffic and interfere with the freedom of the general public in their use of the streets?

Yes, but I think that the police and park keepers make no distinction between them.

Has my hon. Friend been informed that a considerable amount of trouble has been caused to the police owing to the number of distinguished people of this House who have broken the law?
