Sir WILFRID SUGDENasked the Secretary of State for Dominion Affairs whether the special duty imposed by Canada upon United Kingdom goods as a consequence of the depreciation of the pound sterling is applied by Canada to the imports of goods from all other parts of the British Empire whose currencies have depreciated; and, if not, in the case of which parts of the British Empire does this duty apply?
