§ The PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY to the MINISTRY of LABOUR (Mr. R. S. Hudson)It is proposed to issue permits for about 130 foreigners, exclusive of artists, for whom figures cannot yet be given. It is anticipated that, exclusive of British artists, the circus will employ about 100 residents in this country, apart from incidental employment on account of transport, forage and other expenditure.
