§ Brigadier-General NATIONIn view of the importance of the Territorial Army to-day, and in view of its strength compared with the Regular Army, will my hon. Friend consider the desirability of making one or two major-generals' appointments open to officers of the Territorial Army? In particular, might I suggest one at the War Office—that of Director-General of the Territorial Army?
