§ Mr. PYBUSI have recently received the Surrey County Council's proposals for the curtailment of road expenditure in their area, which includes the Egham By-pass Road. Until I have considered these proposals, in conjunction with those of the other highway authorities, I cannot say how far it may be possible to proceed with this or other particular schemes at the present time.
