RICHARDSONasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies if he will ask the Government of Tanganyika to forward to him a copy of the agreement governing lighterage rates at Tanga concluded between the Government of Tanganyika and the companies concerned so that he may consider the desirability of its publication?
Mr. THOMASThe Governor has informed me that the agreement, which has not yet been signed, will be published as a sessional paper for the October session of the Legislative Council. I will see that a copy, when received, is placed in the Library.
