asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer the respective cost to the Exchequer of the concession granted to the Stock Exchange firms for obtaining transfer deed stamps since it became operative and also during the past 10 years the issue of transfer forms free to the public during the past 10 years and also from the time when they were first issued free of charge; and the concession granted to the Stock Exchange dealers under Section 42 of the Finance Act of 1920 since that Act became operative?
