§ Mr. RAMSBOTHAMSince 1st October one local education authority has raised the fee payable in one of its schools. Proposals to raise fees have also been received from three other local education authorities and are receiving consideration. My right hon. Friend has no evidence that the number of scholarships awarded by local education authorities has as yet been reduced.
